Dabudage Fundraiser Song Circles
“The birds of hope are everywhere, listen to them sing.”
Song circles to uplift our spirits, connect with ourselves, connect with community, and raise funds for our friends in Big Sur who had their beautiful property, Dabudage, severely damaged by the fires and floods. This land, where we have found home in our retreats and gatherings, was the birthplace of our song circling. It only seems natural to gather our voices as well as ability to support. Let’s create beautiful uplifting music and harmonies, while helping to bring harmony, resources, and renewal to our friends as we all rebuild together. All genders, ages and abilities welcome!
These song circles are based off of the Sisters in Harmony Circles led by Heather Houston, Laura’s mentor. These circles revolve around themes of nature, Love, healing, self empowerment, community coming together. We will sing, tone, meditate, pray, and have opportunity to share pieces of our selves and visions we wish to enhance in this world. It is a time to deeply nourish and connect with ourselves and each other, build community, and be in the enjoyment of life! We can’t wait to sing with you!
